How We Got Here
John Weston spent years building IT infrastructure for Ohio businesses. Servers, networks, security: the stuff that runs quietly in the background and never fails.
But he kept seeing the same problem: owners were spending thousands to keep their technology running, while their actual revenue system ran on hope. Leads sat in messy inboxes. Follow-up happened "when we get to it." The website looked fine but didn't do anything.
The technology was reliable. The growth system wasn't.
Five Arrows exists to fix that gap. We took the logic of IT infrastructure (process, automation, reliability) and applied it to the front office. The result is Vivid Signal: a system that makes your website work like a lead engine instead of a digital brochure.
