In 2016, John Weston founded Five Arrows as an IT Managed Services firm. For years, we acted as the Virtual CIO for businesses across Ohio. Our job was simple but critical: keep the servers running, keep the data secure, and ensure the systems never failed.
But as we worked inside these businesses, we noticed a dangerous pattern. While owners were spending thousands to secure their computers, they were running their revenue on hope.

Today, Five Arrows has one focus: helping Service and Construction businesses (10–99 employees) build automated systems that generate revenue.
