When you submit your A2P Campaign in the HighLevel Trust Center, the manual reviewer will check your website. Follow this "Three-Point Check" to avoid rejection:

Footer Link: Ensure "Privacy Policy" and "Terms & Conditions" are clickable links in your website footer.

The "Magic" Phrase: Ensure the bolded text in Section 3 above is present. If that specific phrasing is missing, your A2P campaign will likely be rejected for "Inadequate Privacy Policy."

The Call-to-Action (CTA): On your HighLevel forms, include the required disclaimer text immediately above the "Submit" button.
